Guiders India invites recruiters to Post Jobs for free! Experience our unique 2-way Matching Engine and receive relevant applications at zero cost. It’s your opportunity to hire great candidates for free!

Please follow the simple steps below to get started

1. Create your FREE Account

   Fill in the short form on the right side to initiate your registration for 10 free Job Postings. Provide a few more details on the next page to complete the registration.

2. Post a Job

   Create your Job by filling in the Job Posting form - there are only 6 mandatory fields. Once you’re done, click ‘Submit’ at the end of the page. 
   
   Instantly, you will see the list of Matching Candidates from Guiders India Database. 
   
   Please Note: The Free Job Posting does not give you access to the Contact Details and Resume of the automatic Database Matches. However, all these Candidates will receive an Email / SMS about your Job and will be able to Apply for it. Once a Candidate applies, you will be able to access their Contact Details and Resume also. 
   
   For your Job to be published on the site, you will need to verify your Account as per Step 3 below.

3. Verify your Account

   Simply send an email to contact@guidersindia.com from your company mail id (containing a valid company domain) saying ‘Confirm’. 
   
   Alternately, Please submit any of the following documents via fax or email to verify your company details:
   1) Company Letter head
   2) Company Visiting card
   3) Company Pan Card Photocopy
   Email the scanned copy to contact@guidersindia.com or fax us at 0124-3954701 
   
   Your Account will get verified within 4 Working Hours and your Job will be made live on the site. Right after that, you’ll start receiving Applications from Candidates matching your requirements. By default, your Job Posting will be live for 60 days.
